So this is kind of weird… but I had never had spaghetti squash until this year. After trying zucchini noodles, I didn’t want to associate myself with any more fake spaghetti. However, it’s fall and all the squashes were just staring me down at the grocery store so I thought, why not. We got off to a rough start (those things are impossible to cut open) but after the first bite I fell in love. The texture is nothing like the soggy disaster that are zucchini noodles. And the flavours were actually great (anything tastes good if you add enough cheese).
